During a recently organised fund-raising dinner-dance held in his honour at the State Banquet Hall in Accra by the 1975 year group of his alma-mater,Prempeh College, The President John Agyekum Kufour together with Madam Ama Busia, a member of the council of state danced to music from Jewel Ackah's Butterfly Six to shouts of "Elephant Steps," "Elephant Steps"."What a great all-inclusive show" quipped Dr. Sam Jonah, an old boy & C.E.O of Ashanti Goldfields Company.

He stunningly brought out the cultural differences between Ghana & the United Kingdom.
He jokingly told his audience that they had soon get used to lack of proper time keeping & management in Ghana & would also soon loose their Westernized accents.
The audience loved him & he also appeared to love the rapport & interaction he built with them.
He also showed a great ability to improvise & deal with shouts from the audience.
It all lasted for about 30 short but very eventful & interesting minutes.
